I have been blessed in my life with many wonderful opportunities, but with those blessings come a great responsibility. Jesus taught, "Where much is given, much is required." In light of that, I see that my own experiences have demonstrated to me that when I've help others, it inevitably came back to me in some way. One cannot out-give the Giver of all blessings.

Throughout my 45 years in the business world, I have seen countless people invest years of dedicated effort in an occupation, only to find the actual rewards they receive are not nearly as great as they had initially anticipated. They don't seem to realize their lives could be much more fulfilling if they discovered and developed the abilities lying hidden within them.

We all have far more potential than we realize. Applied correctly, even relatively modest efforts can have a very positive impact on our financial means, with no need to overhaul an already very busy life.

My last 45 years as a business owner has provided me with considerable practical business knowledge, much of it in the field of antiques and collectibles. Buying and selling valuable articles has rewarded me with many comforts. I have also watched many friends and associates dramatically improve their lifestyles while engaged in similar endeavors. And there was little need for any of us to sacrifice or set aside other important things while pursuing those endeavors, though all of us enjoyed great accomplishments. It can be the same for anyone following the steps outlined in my book and by joining the 31 Club.

My desire is that with the knowledge obtained from this first book and from the other resources available through 31 Club anyone can have the future they desire if they simply decide to take their journey with us.

My purpose in creating 31 Club was to establish an enterprise that can help people be able to accomplish more with less effort. Imagine being in a position where things are simply taken care of. College is taken care of. Any medical event is financially taken care of. Long-term-care needs for you or your parents are taken care of. Or, imagine having sufficient financial means to meet all of your needs so you can relax and enjoy your golden years of life.

Our primary focus is to provide education backed with related services so people can learn to live the life that now they only dream of.

The first element in fulfilling the 31 Clubs purpose is to introduce a new book that teaches practical principles anyone can use to not only develop additional net worth, but also create a pathway that can then lead to substantial personal wealth, and with that, personal freedom. How? By following a step-by-step process, starting with a small amount of money, perhaps as little as only a very few dollars, then using that to generate a profit that can be successively reinvested to provide progressively increasing returns until the ultimate objective is fulfilled.

As you become more successful, my hope is that you will pause to look back on your accomplishment and realize the blessings you've received. I hope that with your success, and with the success of the 31 Club, we all will fulfill the commandment to help our fellow man/woman as we work to make the world a better, more pleasant place for all.
